Ignoring a “No Trespassing” sign posted at an individual dwelling may expose you to criminal prosecution, fines, or civil liability. Householders with “No Trespassing” signs may be contacted by telephone witnessing or letter writing.

You may preach in subdivisions, apartment complexes, and properties with multi-unit dwellings if we have not experienced difficulties with the management or the authorities, even if there is a sign posted at the entrance.

These are matters for individuals to decide, and we should not make rules for others. (1 Cor. 4:6)
